Hand stiffness? Take this serious

Hand stiffness should always be taken seriously, this is true for those who do and do not have diabetes, hands which are stiff are almost always related to either cartilage (bone) deterioration or inflammation of the joints. The condition is affecting more people under the age of 35. The hands are very susceptible to problems which are related to consistent high blood sugar, it is crucial to address any complications to the upper limbs immediately in order to avoid further deterioration. Hand stiffness almost always progresses to more painful conditions, this should be addressed immediately.

We will first address how stiff hands are related to high blood sugar. Diabetes is the most damaging condition affecting the health of people today; there are literally over 28 million people in the United States who are affected by excessive blood glucose (sugars). More than 80 million people in the USA are pre diabetic. Pre diabetic can mean losing the normal functioning of their pancreas to make insulin, or cell becoming resistant to insulin. One of the consequences of high blood sugar is carpal tunnel syndrome, this is a condition characterized by a loss of bone cartilage in the hands, it can be extremely painful, and this often causes hand stiffness.

Researchers are showing the link between high blood sugar and stiff hands, a study from Taiwan which was published in PLOS Medical Journal revealed that women with type 2 diabetes are at greater risk for inflammation (rheumatoid arthritis) swelling in the hands.

Non-diabetics are suffering as well

The increase in people without diabetes who are complaining of stiff hands, can be related to Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis. Cartilage is the firm, rubbery tissue that cushions your bones at the joints. Cartililage allows bones to glide over one another. When the cartilage wears away, the bones rub together, this causes the pain, swelling, and hand stiffness of Osteoarthrtis.

A common sign of Osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis are stiff hands in the morning or late at night. Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic progressive disease causing inflammation in the joints and resulting in painful deformity and immobility in the hands.  In additon, carpal tunnel syndrome is characteristed by excessive pressure on the nerve which causes can cause a painful stiff hand,  according to the CDC this is inceasing among people under 35.

Diabetics are increased risk for upper limb amputations, thousands of people with high blood sugar each year lose a finger or hand to amputation. High blood sugar causes nerve damage and artery blockage.

Rhematoid arthritis  (Inflammation)

Osteoarthritis (Cartilage loss)

Carpal tunnel syndrome (excessive nerve pressure)

Hand stiffness should be taken very seriously, the condtion does not simply go away on its own.

There is some good news, there is a diet from Europe which was created for diabetic foot stiffness (and pain) . The diet is reported to stop stiff, painful hands and feet in those with or without diabetes. It is now used in over 10 countries to naturally stop hand stiffness. It is crucial to address the nerve damage from high blood sugar as early as possible to avoid permanent damage.

THE FULL REVERSE TYPE 2 DIABETES DIET WHICH IS USED IN OVER 17 COUNTRIES IS NOW INCLUDED FREE WITH THE DIABETIC HAND/FOOT STIFFNESS DIET.

Diabetes fingers hurt? How not to lose a limb

There are many who experience fingers that hurt with diabetes but are still not aware of the fact that this may be the only warning sign which may help you avoid amputation. There has been a tremendous increase in the number of people, who are losing part of the hand or foot to high blood sugar, it is imperative that any pain be viewed as a very stark warning sign. Diabetes and fingers that hurt are often one of the first symptoms of nerve damage.

Stocking and glove

It is known as “stocking and glove”; it signifies an area of the body which high blood sugar has a devastating affect, if your fingers are being affected it means you must also protect the toes!  The nerves in the hands are very susceptible to damage from high blood sugar; those who choose to ignore this put themselves at risk for possible loss of the body part.

It all starts with pain, pins/needles, tingling or the feeling that the fingers have gone to sleep, it is imperative to understand that excessive blood sugar is a poising in the bloodstream; the fingers are often the first part of the body to experience the damage from the excessive glucose (blood sugar).

Once the nerves have been damaged they are almost impossible to repair, the most a physician can do is to give you pain medications.  It should be noted that the diabetes finger pain may be from carpal tunnel which is a very painful disease.

Carpal tunnel occurs when the nerve is compressed at the spot where it passes through a narrow tunnel of bone in the wrist.

*Notice the tips of the fingers, that is the result of poison high levels of blood sugar circulation in the  blood, this also is affecting the toes, do not wait to feel more pain before addressing this condition.

People who have started feeling pain in the hands must also protect their toes!  A diet in Europe which was created specifically to save diabetic toes has been saving the fingers as well and stopping the pain. The diet eliminates the diabetes finger pain as well as the pains around the stocking and glove area of the body. The diet includes the type 2 diabetes cure diet used in 17 countries. Both reports are now packaged together and come highly recommended.

Why your hands hurts with Diabetes, a very serious message

If you have diabetes this can cause your hands to hurt and it is a sign of serious nerve damage that can lead to the removal of the hand or fingers. There has been an incredible rise in the numbers of people who are suffering from high blood sugar, the World Health Organization estimates that there are now over 300 million people worldwide who are living with an elevated level of sugar in the blood. If you have diabetes and your hands hurt it is a sign of nerve damage which can lead to the the removal of the hand or fingers without proper care.

How high blood sugar destroys the nerves

When blood sugar levels are high it means that there is a circulating poison level of glucose in the bloodstream, this is extremely serious and over time leads to damage to the organs, blood vessels and nerve endings. Last year over 4,000 people in the United States had a leg or hand removed due to the complications of living with high blood sugar. When high levels of glucose(sugars) is allowed to roam free in the blood it will damage your circulation, this is the cause of diabetics having fingers, toes, hands and legs removed. Researchers at Nanjing Medical University in China last week reported on how high blood sugar damages the nerves

"We have observed for the first time that serum NSE levels are elevated in diabetes and are related to diabetic neuropathy," the authors concluded. "This may provide a potential blood marker for diabetic neuropathy. Li Jianbo, MD, PhD, of Nanjing Medical University. Your feet hurt with diabetes because the excessive sugars in the blood cause an increase in an enzyme(NHE)which helps damage the circulation. Each day with hand pain from high blood sugar is more damage being done to the nerves and this has led to finger amputation in thousands. You can reverse this condition drug free, this has been proven in thousands.

The root cause of diabetes comes from insulin resistance, this comes from our modern day food supply (chemicals in the food)

There is some good news, there is a diet that has been reversing diabetic hands problem, the swollen painful hand get help and pain is reversed, it is a specialized diabetic hands diet that is used in Europe, it is now used in 10 countries. **Note** The diet from Europe was created for diabetic foot pain but has been used successfully to save the hands in thousands.

Diabetes hands swollen: What to do about the swelling

If you have diabetes and your hands are swollen, the swelling is a sign of circulatory complications; high blood sugar effects the circulation and can lead to the removal of fingers or the hand. Over the past 30 years there has been an incredible rise in the numbers of people who are suffering from high blood sugar, the circulation complications from the illness can cause amputations of the limbs. Diabetes swollen hands should be taken seriously and addressed immediately to avoid permanent nerve damage.

Excess glucose in the blood

Excessive glucose in the bloodstream causes extreme health complications in the body, each year thousands of diabetics face the prospect of diabetic blindness, heart attack, stroke and a host of other health problems. There are over 366 million people worldwide who are diabetic, the World Health Organization (W.H.O)has stated that the illness is a worldwide epidemic that is increasing; complications from the illness are leading to the loss of limbs. The numbers of limb amputations in Europe and the USA have increased 200% over the last 10 years; more than 5,000 people in England last year had a leg removed due to the effects of excessive glucose. Diabetes swollen hands are a result of circulation complications, the small blood vessels and arteries in the hands are damaged  high blood sugar.

Losing Limbs

Studies in Europe recently revealed that there has been an increase in the number of amputations due to excess glucose, more people are losing the battle to the illness. Australia has an appalling record when it comes to diabetes related amputation; over the past decade the amputation rate has increased by 30%. Australia is currently the second worst in the developed world, behind the United States but what is amazing is that Between 50 and 85 per cent of the amputations can be avoided by proper management of the condition, according to doctors.

There is some good news a European diet specially designed for swollen hands and feet has been reversing this condition in diabetics naturally and saving the limbs in over 10 countries
