When hands are painful due to high blood sugar it should never be ignored, one of the things which are crucial to the saving of the upper limbs is a complete knowledge of how food has a tremendous affect on diabetics. The foods which we eat can literally make the difference between diabetes painful hands are not, one of the more misunderstood aspects of high blood sugar is how dietary fats affect the body.
Low fat lies
One of the greatest misconceptions about high blood sugar is
the belief that fat is bad, unfortunately too many people are getting the wrong
information from the food manufacturer’s advertising. The food manufacturers
came to understand that people would believe that “eating low fat foods would
create a low fat body”, this is still what so many people mistakenly believe.
It is easy to believe the low fat lie since so many foods in our supermarket
are labeled low fat; this labeling gives us the perception that low fat must be
good. Science does not care what food advertisers say, researchers believe in
result and it is clear that diabetes with painful hands is a good sign you may
need some full fat foods, not low fat.
Low fat vs Whole fat
Ask most people which is better whole milk or low fat and
most would tell you “low fat”, for the diabetic low fat would be the wrong
answer. A new study from Cambridge
University revealed that full fat
diary (whole milk, whole fat cheeses and full fat yogurt) actually normalized
blood sugar in diabetics. Whole Dairy fats helped heal the diabetic body.
“Our findings provide strong evidence that
individual saturated fatty acids are not all the same,” said Dr. Nita Forouhi,
the lead researcher from the Medical Research Council Epidemiology Unit at
Cambridge University. “The challenge we face now is to work out how the levels
of these fatty acids in our blood correspond to the different foods we eat.”
When you learn how to
combine the right targeted foods, diabetes can be completely reversed without
any medications. A European healing diet
which consist of certain foods combined have a tremendous impact on producing a
normal blood sugar. The diabetic drug makers profit more than 7 billion dollars
a year from those with type 2 diabetes when most people can reverse the illness
drug free. Diabetes painful hands are a sign that you are losing the fight
against the illness.
