Diabetes Hands Stiff? Can it mean a coming heart attack

Diabetes can cause hands to become stiff, this stiffness can be a very serious warning sign of heart disease. The worldwide rise in high blood sugar is leading to increasing numbers of people who are losing their limbs to the illness, there are over 26 million people who are battling elevated blood sugar in the United States. If you have diabetes with stiff hands we will discuss why you must address this issue immediately.

One of the more scarier complications for the diabetic is the removal of limbs, thousands of people each year are forced to have a hand or foot removed due to the spreading damage of glucose in the bloodstream; it is crucial to protect your limbs from the excessive sugar circulating in the body. Pain and stiffness in the limbs are signs of diabetic neuropathy, this means that the nerve fiber endings are being destroyed by excessive sugar circulating in the bloodstream. Sugar normally enters the cells where it is used for energy but the diabetic has a problem, the sugar does not enter the cell but instead floods into the bloodstream damaging the organs, limbs and overall circulation.

Hand, Foot or Heart attack

A study from Department of Medicine, Shiga University of Medical Science and published in Diabetes Care revealed that limb stiffness was associated with heart complications.

THE CONCLUSION—Quantitatively assessed stiffness and impaired blood flow in lower-leg arteries may help identify diabetic patients with possible coronary artery disease.

The message from the study is that limb stiffness (hand or foot) is related to weaker blood flow to the heart, this can signify cardiovascular disease!

Too much circulating blood sugar is a poison that destroys the whole circulatory system , there is no illness today that is casing the damage that is being caused by high blood sugar. Diabetic coma, blindness and kidney failure are all increasing at record levels; there is no illness that destroys the whole system as excessive sugars invading the bloodstream. If you have diabetes hands which are stiff it is a message of nerve damage and possible heart complications; it is crucial to naturally reverse the illness.

It has been shown in Europe that a diet which was specifically created to help save diabetic stiff painful feet also caused the reversal of diabetes hand stiffness. The European diet reversed the nerve fiber damage and caused a healing of the painful hands without medications. The diabetic foot diet stopped the hand stiffness because the body has one circulatory system, the nutrients which reversed the foot complications also stopped the hand pain. The diabetes foot and hand diet is now used in 10 countries to stop stiff, painful hands and feet.
